Jedward @ Glastonbury – BOYCOTT

Those 2 stupid morons for Ireland Jedward have got it into their tiny little minds that they are somehow entitled to play at Glastonbury.

The fact that anybody can even consider this to happen is a personal insult to every other musician that has ever played at the festival.

These two clowns belong in a circus and certainly not at Glastonbury.

If you feel as strongly about this as I do, then voice your concerns here.

Muse – Looks More and More Like We Are Gonna See Them in 2010

Its looking more likely with each new headline that gets published, Muse, the dark gods, will be playing at Glastonbury 2010. Every other day I see a new story featuring Muse and now Wossy has reported the fact that lead singer Matt Bellamy gave him the nod.

“Are you guys playing Glastonbuwwy in 2010?” – Wossy

“We’re probably playing” – Bellamy

OMG, have you got any idea how much its going to rock watching Knights of Cydonia at the Pyramid stage. I have gone all tingly just watching the Youtube video.

Are you excited? Tell the world

Clutch

In a recent interview published, Clutch have expressed interest in playing at Glastonbury. The group are on their 9th studio album to date. With that kind of back catalogue they could easily put together 60 minutes of madness in the fields of Glastonbury.

Since 1991 these individuals have been challenging rock n’ roll’s limits, and Clutch show no signs of abandoning the unique experimentation that has defined them. Check out “Electric Worry” for proof. Neil’s voice functions as an instrument on its own, and it helps carry Clutch into a new realm.

In a recent interview with the Guardian, Michael Eavis mentioned that there are going to be a fair few old faces making a comeback to the festival in 2010.

Guardian - Next year, you’re celebrating the festival’s 40th anniversary. Are you fed up with the rumours about who might be playing?

Eavis - No, I love it. I love it. I love it.

Guardian - Will you have some previous headliners back?

Eavis - I expect so, don’t you? But there will be some new stuff as well.

Guardian - And in another 10 years, where will you be?

Eavis – We’re all very gung-ho down here at the moment. We don’t see any reason for it to stop.

Looks like Glastonbury is around to stay. Are you Happy about it?
