Hi hoping to go to Glastonbury 2010 could you send me some info thanks
Ally
Please can you let me know the prices and line up for 2010
I’ve heard a few rumours that Paul Simon has been linked with Glastonbury 2010. He’s currently touring with Garfunkel in N.Z and Australia.
Please let me know when I can register for tickets for Glastonbury 2010.
Would like to see line up for 2010.
thank you
miley cyrus
I can confirm me and the boys will headline the Pyramid Stage on the Saturday.
Just letting you’s know, us lads have just signed to play the Sunday night at Glaso 2010.
See you’s all there
may be The killers or Kings of leon
Yeah I’ll be there with my glove.
BOOKER is rumoured to be playing I have heard.
I saw this guy after catching his show earlier this year…He was brilliant.
Think this is his website thingy on myspace.
http://www.myspace.com/bookersounds
Also… I have heard Radiohead are planning to play???
George!
You heard it here first, Stone Roses reform for Sunday closer.
I hope coldplay and KOL play at the fstival…im going to go from mexico!
Hi would love to go to glastonbury, me, hubby & 2 teenagers, how much would it cost & when is it, who would be playing etc, all new to this??
BEGGING you to get pendulum
they were amazing this year and will be EVEN better
next year. YOU NEED THEM
Massive rumours for Blink 182.
They posted a comment on their twitter hinting at confirmiation of Glasto 2010, then deleted it!
They are on a comeback and haven’t played for a few years (like what Mr. Eavis said).
So an educated guess makes me put a huge bet on them playing!
P.S Saw them when they first toured England. Still is the best gig I’ve been to!
please please please get ian brown to glastonbury 2010 and if Paul Weller turns up well then that would be truely amazing.
Please let me know who has confirmed for the line-up and also when tickets go on sale! Im coming from Texas so i want to be overly prepared.
The rumours I have heard are dolly parton, bob dylan, rolling stones, blink 182, muse, Them Crooked Vultures/Foo Fighters, U2 and Dizzie Rascal.
I am hoping for AC/DC, Rage against the machine, muse, radiohead, them crooked vultures/foo fighters, pendulum, chemical brothers, Kaiser Chiefs and the strokes to be somewhere on the lineup
id like to see a few bands there to be honest Kasabian, Arctic monkeys, KOL, JBT many others i cant wait for the lineup to come out
The line up isn’t normally officially announced until shortly before so you may have to wait a while!
Last year the tickets were £175. They also went on pre-sale in October last year so you can pay £50 deposit and the rest when they actually go on sale, probably around April time.
Soooooo worth it though!

green day and rage against the machine – get on the pyramid – or other, i aint complaining – stage now and start rockin’!
and forgot muse – in all my excitemente haha
i’ve been looking around to see any rumours and i’m pretty sure muse are playing because
1. Micheal eavis booked a headliner at the nme awards which muse were at
2. The eavises said that most acts hadn’t played for a few years (muse did 2004)
3. They were asked to do it a few years ago but didn’t and said they might in a few years time (well now is a few years time)
oh and someone who played in 1970 and is now an organic potato farmer
also pete doherty said the libertines would do uk festivals in 2010 with or without carl barat and now carl said they aren’t reforming till at least 2011 so maybe not but it would be cool. they are rumoured every year so you never really know
but anyway, who cares about muse, the libertines and everyone

michael jackson!
arctic monkeys, florence and the machine, jamie t and bloc party! would be amazing.

Hi,
I am the manager of Danny Ray a/k/a Big Black, who was featured in the film SOULPOWER, which I understand you screened at Glastonbury this year. Danny would like to appear there in 2010 – You can catch his performance in that film by going to “SOULPOWER BIG BLACK” on YOUTUBE.COM. You can also see it at his website at:bigblackmusic.com along with other bio info and videos etc.
We are putting a Golden Jubilee Tour for Black and would love to include Glastonbury on it. He has never played in the UK and I know his fans there would love to see him.
Personally, I have climbed the Tor andwould love to go back and do it again:)
Best Regards

I can’t believe nobody on this message board has supported the idea of Duran Duran doing Glastonbury 2010! Just goes to show that the ‘yoof of today have no decent taste in music.
U2, Phil Collins, Rolling Stones, Kanye West, Jay-Z (again), Daft Punk or Paloma Faith would all be good too.

Rolling Stones and Radiohead are headlining. The last headlining slot is still open but the following acts are contenders ‘cos either the Eavises want them or the band wants to play: Muse, Green Day, Bon Jovi, Pulp, Coldplay, Madonna, U2, Daft Punk, Paul McCartney, Beyonce. More than one of these will likely perform, though. Other acts performing include Elbow, Pavement, Lady Gaga, Florence & the Machine, Fatboy Slim, The Chemical Brothers, Bob Dylan, Rolf Harris (pyramid), Massive Attack, Ian Brown, The Kooks, The xx, Them Crooked Vultures, Robert Plant and Brian May, Little Boots, Dizzee Rascal, etc.

I find all this screaming multiple band requests so boring…………………….since the festival site is huge and there’s so much else going on, I just hope for two or three good acts on (at different times), that I really want to see. The rest, is just chilled out wandering and discovering.
1. David Gilmour and a Pink Floydish group…
2. Basement Jaxx
3. Portishead…
My little wish list, but who cares – it’ll be great whoever plays.
I can confirm that me and the boys will headline Saturday night
I can also confirm that i’m a junkie and won’t actually be playing
would be ace to see toy dolls, for those of you whove heard of them. if coldplay headline, i’ll burn me ticket!!
i love coldplay. i also love shirley bassey, dolly parton, tanita tikaram, girls aloud, pet shop boys, erasure, sir cliff (of course), alvin stardust, that bird off the shake’n'vac adverts and THE PRODIGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Portishead and the rolling stones. 2 Amazing bands i’d like to see at glasto 2010.
Some of you newbies are under the impression Glastonbury is a music festival. It’s not. Forget the music and do all the other stuff. You’ll have an even better time. Trust me (I’m yer doctor)
get the enemy there top band
Daft Punk are currently putting the finishing touches to their fifth commercial album and intend to tour in 2010, seen as though these French maestros perform their act from the comfort of their insanely lit up pyramid space ship, would the pyramid stage not be the best place EVER for them to strut their shizzle?! Im actually praying for this to happen and im an atheist. Much love x

Me and my friends spoke to the ‘The man’ himself Micheal Evis. And he has confirmed in person that ‘The Rolling Stones’ Will not be playing at Glastonbury 2010, sorry guys. This is genuine by the way.
RADIOHEAD, DAVID BOWIE AND POSSIBLY SONIC YOUTH OR PAUL MCCARTNEY, AND THEN I COULDN’T CARE LESS WHO ELSE WAS PLAYING, I’LL BE OFF MY CAKE ANYWAY!
Well U2 have confirmed. Weird because I thought the 40th anniversary was going to be a ‘best of’ with headliners from each of the previous years. Ah well, Emily Eavis is a complete donkey as far as getting good bands to play goes so I’m not surprised.
U2 it is then.
How shi*t are some of these.
Leona Lewis. No.
Its a disgrace she shared a stage with McCartney for Children in Need.
U2 now comfirmed… gonna be Muse and Rolling Stones definately. Alright that. Apart from U2. We need Radiohead.

my uncle ken will, for the 17th consecitive festival, be pitching his stall there selling his quality Barnsley Pork sausage butties. you reall ought to try a couple. ‘Ar ken dropped on chris martin out of coldplay in poundstretchers at rotherham in the boxing day sale, chris says he’s not doing glastonbury in 2010 as he’s taking his kids to cleethorpes that weekend and he’s already paid his £30 deposit which he may lose.
…also, on a recent trip to doncaster car boot sale, my uncle ken dropped on the legend that is shakin stevens. shaky says he’d love to show his (welsh dwarf) face but the eavis clan haven’t invited him, and that hurt his (welsh dwarf) feelings.
what’s twitter?
It would make a lot of peoples year if muse were there….
Mine included.
Fingers crossed!
PETER GABRIEL
DAVE GILMOUR
SNOW PATROL
FLEETWOOD MAC
DAVID BOWIE
My first time at Glasto always wanted to go was really ill last year with Cancer so now am going to do all the things Iever wanted to do.
Arrgh … not U2, Muse and Coldplay … my least favourite bands
Praying for Radiohead, Eagles of Death Metal, Them Crooked Vultures and Pearl Jam!
David Gilmour or Roger Waters would be a real treat!
Why does mass warp spacetime? Can enough mass break spacetime? If so, what is on the other side of spacetime?
are the kooks playing this year ?
what they call that bloke with the big tash who sang bohemian rhapsody? It’d be nice to see him there, prhaps doing a duet with with john parr and kenny rodgers. is it still called a duet if there’s 3 of em?
Them Crooked Vultures!
The Dead Weather!
Radiohead!
Eagles of Death Metal!
Fingers and toes crossed!
Fingers crossed for Duran Duran with Mark Ronson, they were brilliant when they headlined at Lovebox. in fact they always have been a great live band but have suffered extreme prejudice from the musty NME/Q crowd!
my mum said that the hoobs are doing a live tour
Hear that Tommy James & The Shondells (Hanky Panky, Mony Mony, Crimson & Clover, Crystal Blue Persuasion etc) want to play – manager considering.
PENDULUM FOR HEADLINERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HELL YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GLASTONBURY 2010 NEEDS PENDULUM!!!!!!!!!!!
Has anyone heard of SANTANA? Not one mention, can’t believe it. Wouldn’t that be something!
Aint got my tickets yet. Please dont put resale tickets out 1st Sunday in April, don’t think I’ll manage to get them from an internet cafe in Amsterdam. It took 2 telephone lines and 3 computers to get last years tickets. oooooooh I so wanna go.

Take that would be great, meatloaf would be a laugh, andy williams will be a g and t afternoon hoefully in the sun !!! cant wait really whoever is there but bon jovi would be fantastic !!!
when n where is it?
Two Words….. DAFT PUNK!!
Think about how brilliant that would be on the Pyramid?! A match made in heaven! I’d die a happy person if you got Daft Punk there in 2010

PENCIL, M.D.of the Julian Lennon Fan Club
av changed me name to summat that commands a tad more respect an decided that, this year, i’m glasto booze free. oh yes, no more bouncin about to stevie wonder with one eye shut for me.
oh no, you can keep your booze, grog, ale, tankards, whatever yor young un’s call it these days, tap water and front row seats for glen miller this year, that’s me, the way to be at glasto, you see, is booze free, until 2003.
technically that’s 7 years ago, but it rhymes, see, thee.

The King is back!
Thank you very much. Uh-huh.
How fantastic it would be to have the amazingly wonderful and brilliant Kate Bush to close the show!!!!!
Robert Plant will be there. It is confirmed. He has a massive section booked. It looks to be a 4 hour segment. Also, John Paul Jones has stated he too shall be there along with Jason Bonham… Now, none have said what they will be doing there, but they have something. I think I know, but do you all know? I think we can piece it all together
SCISSOR SISTERS are headlining the Saturday night slot – WHY is none of this announced yet, its only a bit over 2 months away
Soundgarden!!
i want kings of leon there!!!!!
I’ve been to every Glasto for 20 years!
This has to be the worst lineup ever. U2 should just sod off, irrellevant.
I just paid £200 to see Faithless!! Thanx Emily.
Ugh.
SNOOP DOG IS ON THE BILL,YEEEEEE DOGIEEE
I’D LIKE TO SEE KISS,MADONNA,AC/DC,COLDIE COLIATT,CYNDI LAUPER,MC HAMMER,Stevie Ray Vaughan,STEVIE NICKS,DIXIE CHICKS,David Bowie.
BILLY IDOL HE IS AWSOME TO WATCH ON STAGE,SO ENERGETIC AND PUTS ON A GREAT SHOW,PLUS TONS OF HIT SONGS.
The line up is looking fantastic but would be even better with Black Eyed Peas, Plan B and Kings of Leon. Any chance?! What no Lady GaGa? Felt sure she would want to be there….
