Pearl Jam @ Glastonbury 2010
Pearl Jam @ Glastonbury 2010There have been many different rumours surrounding Pearl Jam this year. Low and behold, they are now looking like strong candidates to play at Glastonbury 2010.
The band confirmed they will headline Hard Rock Calling 2010 on its opening night.
Hard Rock Calling 2010 takes places in London’s Hyde park, the same weekend Glastonbury 2010 is held. this is the main fuel behind the fire that Pearl Jam will play at Glastonbury 2010

Pearl Jam’s official website states that 27th June is still ‘TBD’ so perhaps this indeed Glastonbury. I guess the only concern is the festival had sold out before anyone knew they were playing there and Pearl Jam always look out for their fans and would want genuine fans present.
If they do indeed play it will be amazing for Glasto, after all, Pearl Jam are the best rock band in the world today with a history of great songs to call upon to ensure the festival finishes on the best high. Just look at Reading 2006 footgae on youtube.

If pearl jam play it will be fantastic!! please pleaseplease!!!!
I only want to go to Glasto if PJ are defo playing…. when will Glasto lineup be announced!?
I already have tickets to PJ in Hyde Park but also have the option of Glastonbury… if I buy a Glasto ticket which is non refundable, and they don’t play there… then I’ll also miss out on their Hyde park gig as it’s the same weekend…
Life is full of hard decisions!!
i will b devastated if there not at glastonbury jus confirmed my tkt hoping t know b4 time up, still hoping! was thinking of sackin it off t go c them, hoping n praying!
Pearl Jam are by far my favourite band and I am a member of their fan club, but I have had a Glastonbury 2010 ticket and major arrangements since long before Hard Rock Calling was announced. I for one would be absolutely over the moon if the band played at Glasto.
Sadly, with the Glasto line up being announced I can’t see where Pearl Jam would fit in to the line-up now.
There a still a few TBA’s on the list so all fingers crossed they may make a surprise appearance but I would say it’s look doubtful!
