Its looking more likely with each new headline that gets published, Muse, the dark gods, will be playing at Glastonbury 2010. Every other day I see a new story featuring Muse and now Wossy has reported the fact that lead singer Matt Bellamy gave him the nod.
“Are you guys playing Glastonbuwwy in 2010?” – Wossy

In a recent interview with the Guardian, Michael Eavis mentioned that there are going to be a fair few old faces making a comeback to the festival in 2010.
Guardian - Next year, you’re celebrating the festival’s 40th anniversary. Are you fed up with the rumours about who might be playing?
Eavis - No, I love it. I love it. I love it.
Guardian - Will you have some previous headliners back?
Eavis - I expect so, don’t you? But there will be some new stuff as well.
Guardian - And in another 10 years, where will you be?
Eavis – We’re all very gung-ho down here at the moment. We don’t see any reason for it to stop.

Early Start For Glastonbury 2010
Glastonbury will open car park gates on Tuesday night in 2010. This is an effort to prevent the huge 30 mile back log that occurs each year. Locals dread the 5 days of carnage thrust upon their tiny village each year and traffic is one of their biggest gripes.
Michael Eavis has decided to allow the early bird’s the chance to get in while the village sleeps and cause as little disruption to the locals as possible.
As always there will be a token cockney selling over priced hotdogs from an ice cream van until the gates open at 9am.
Portable toilets will be available to those who arrive before 9am.
Eavis said although people will still have to wait in their cars, it will be better than “being lined up by the side of the road for six hours”.
Michael would also like more people to travel there by public transport as it saves “a hell of a lot of traffic and saves a lot of space”.
